Rottneros AB (publ) contemplates a SEK bond issue

As part of completing the financing of the strategic plan Agenda 500 and for long-term efficiency of the Group's capital structure through increased borrowing, Rottneros has given Swedbank a mandate to hold meetings with bond investors. Subject to prevailing market conditions and final decision by Rottneros AB’s Board of Directors, a SEK denominated senior unsecured bond may be issued.
