Rottneros announces price hike of 75 USD/ton for all new orders effective 1st of November 2021. The increase is implemented on all High Yield Pulp grades and for all destinations.

Rottneros and KAPSU to jointly develop a new, innovative plastic free beverage solution
Rottneros is partnering with KAPSU, a startup company within the beverage industry, based in Karlstad, to develop and produce a new plastic-free beverage solution. The new container will be made of 100% fiber from local certified forests.

Rottneros and Arctic Paper are collaborating on sustainable fiber trays in Poland
Rottneros and Arctic Paper have signed a Letter of Intent regarding a 50/50 joint venture in Kostrzyn, Poland with the aim of building a moulded fiber tray factory. The start-up of the new factory is planned for the end of 2023. The investment is expected to amount to 12-15 MEUR, corresponding to approximately 120-150 MSEK.

Rottneros' Board of Directors proposes a dividend at an Extraordinary General Meeting
The Board of Rottneros AB (publ) (“Rottneros”) proposes a dividend of 0,45 SEK per share. In view of the uncertainty caused by the corona pandemic, Rottneros has not paid any dividends for the 2019 and 2020 financial years. At the same time, the Board has continuously analyzed the global situation, market conditions and the company's financial position to see if a dividend is possible.
